Group B's inaugural matchEuro 2020has been completed. The first match is Denmark against Finland at Parken Stadium, Copenhagen, Saturday (12/6) night IST.
Denmark appears to press since the early minutes. Finland uses a counter-attack strategy by relying on Norwich City striker, Teemu Pukki.
In the middle of the first half, Danish midfielder Christian Eriksen suddenly fell unconscious on the left side of the field. The medical team immediately went to the field to provide assistance.
The Denmark squad seemed to circle around Eriksen to cover him from the camera. The match was postponed for some time due to a medical emergency.
Eriksen was conscious and immediately received treatment at the hospital. UEFA immediately confirmed his condition was stable. The game was resumed.
Finland finally managed to steal a goal through Joel Pohjanpalo in the 59th minute. Urunen's cross from the left was able to head home Pohjanpalo to beat Denmark goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel. Finland lead 1-0.
Denmark had a golden opportunity through the penalty spot after Yussuf Poulsen was fouled by Paulus Arajuuri. Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg who became the executioner could not carry out his duties properly. Score 1-0 for Finland's victory.

In the other match, Belgium won a landslide victory over Russia 3-0 at the Saint Petersburg Stadium, Sunday (13/6) at Midnight IST.
Belgium appears dominant in this match. Inter Milan striker Romelu Lukaku opened the tap for Belgium's goal in the 10th minute through a flick. Score 1-0 to Belgium.
Belgium increased their advantage through Borussia Dortmund defender Thomas Meunier in the 34th minute. Sontekannya takes advantage of the chaos in front of the Russian goal. Score 2-0 to Belgium.
Lukaku closed Belgium's advantage in the 88th minute. The second flick slid into the Russian goal. Score 3-0 to win Belgium.
