Two weeks into the 2023-2024 Premier League and the spotlight is already on Manchester United, regarding their performance. The Red Devils did not perform convincingly in the first two matches.
After a 1-0 win over Wolverhampton Wanderers, Man United lost 0-2 against Tottenham Hotspur at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. The defeat was like a matter of time because Man United's performance was already bad against Wolves.
Not only is the appearance of the whole team highlighted, but also individuals such as wing attackers: Antony and Jadon Sancho. Erik ten Hag's team has quality wing forwards but does not play like Kaoru Mitoma at Brighton & Hove Albion.
Recently, during Brighton's 4-1 win over Wolves, Mitoma made a solo run, penetrating the penalty box before scoring. His bravery drew praise.
No doubt according to football pandit, Garth Crooks, Man United's wing attackers must learn from Mitoma's performance. Crooks sees Mitoma as the type of wing attacker Man United needs.

"What an extraordinary goal. Run, control, and finishing quality (Mitoma) against Wolves is world-class. In fact, Mitoma has produced this kind of form so regularly that I can't believe he is still on the South coast," Crooks was quoted as saying by the Mirror.
"Manchester United have Jadon Sancho and Antony in their ranks and I have never seen the quality or ability of either of the two players I have seen from this player."
"How can United make a mistake? I accept that Old Trafford is a scary stage and the stakes are much higher there, but Mitoma is a United player if I see it," he explained.
